Frequently asked questions
- What counts as an "active creator"?
- Anyone who triggers Uxie to generate an artifact in a given billing month. Reviewing, editing, or viewing artifacts does not count, those users are always free
- How does pooled usage work?
- Each active creator adds 100 generations to your workspace pool. A team with 5 creators gets 500 generations/month total, shared across everyone, not siloed per person
- What happens if we exceed our generation allowance?
- You'll only be billed for overages above your pooled allowance. We'll notify you as you approach the limit so there are no surprises
- Do viewers or reviewers cost anything?
- No. Unlimited viewers and reviewers on every plan, including Trial. Uxie's value flows to the whole team, we don't gate that behind seats
- Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes. You can switch to annual at any time and the discount applies immediately. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next renewal
